Submitters Agreement

Any Internet user may use this site, but we are very selective in who can list their resources on this site. This site lists Christian resources, so any submission must be of a Christian nature and anybody submitting information onto this site must agree with this agreement.

Our apologies in advance if we do not represent your faith. We acknowledge the fact that there are many faiths but we are a source of information to all people who are Christian in their beliefs especially Christian businessmen and businesswomen.

After reading your Statement of Faith, I agree that our faiths are the same and that we worship the same God.
I agree that the resource that I intend to submit fits in to one of the following categories.
1. Christian Business - i.e. A Business (supplying products or services) run or owned by a bible believing and God fearing Christian or Christians which specifically recognizes itself as a 'Christian' business and uses biblical principles in matters of ethics and morality.
2. Christian Church ( The Body of Christ )
3. Christian Organisation or Charity
4. Christian Information Service
5. Christian Resource Service
I agree that the resource I intend to submit does not fit in to one of the following categories:
1. Any information which is critical or against any other Christian or Christian Organisation.
2. Any information which is critical or insulting of any other religion (informative is fine; insulting is not).
3. Any promotion or encouragement to gamble, drink alcohol, take drugs, view pornography, take part in unbiblical sexual relations, pursue homosexual relations, or other morality oriented topics which may be biblically questionable or unacceptable on a 'General Rated' web site. (Please note that this point is not taking a strong view for or against any of these topics.)
By submitting an application you understand that you are committing to do business in a manner that shows integrity and excellence as best as you can.
You agree that the business you are listing is owned or run by a Christian (note there may be other partners, provided at least one of the top directors is a Christian)A Christian (by definition of this site) is not simply someone who is a non-Jew or a non-Muslim. A Christian is anyone who has submitted his or her life to God and submits to the lordship of Christ in his or her life.If there is a complaint by any customer who feels they have not received good service or what they have been promised by way of product or service, you will handle their complaint in an efficient and professional manner.
The business owner must be someone who belongs to a local church. Whilst we cannot prescribe attendance, we believe that belonging to a local church means attending services at very least once a month, although more ideally, at least once per week as far as possible.
The Christian Businesses Network retains the right to remove a business from the network where, after following up the complaint with the business concerned:
1. a complaint is received from a customer pertaining to dishonesty of any sort and proves to be correct
2. a company has been added which has no church affiliation whatsoever and therefore by definition is not a Christian run business (as per our definition in point 3)
3. regular complaints are received from customers pertaining to a company where the quality of service or product is not becoming to the standards we are trying to uphold.
