Terms of use of the CB Ads.net web directory :

Any Reference to CB Ads.net in these terms and conditions refers to the 'Christian Business Advertising Network', including all web sites, services and facilities.
Any information given (or submitted) to CB Ads.net will hereafter be referred to as a 'submission' (collectively as 'submissions'). The provider of such a submission will be known as a submitter or subscriber.
Any reference to 'Christian' will hereafter refer to a person/business/faith holding to a particular set of beliefs/relationships as outlined in our Submitters Agreement.
'Christian Resource' will hereafter refer to any church, charity, information source, resource, or business that meets the criteria as specified in our Submitters Agreement.

Use of CB Ads.net Site|Services

CB Ads.net is for the use of those wishing to obtain information on Christian Resources or to obtain Christian related information.
The information, software, products, and services included in or available through CB Ads.net may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the CB Ads.net site and to the information therein. CB Ads.net and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the CB Ads.net site at any time. Advice received via the CB Ads.net site are guidelines and should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal or financial decisions and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.
You agree that CB Ads.net may establish limits concerning use of any service offered on a CB Ads.net web site.
CB Ads.net does not condone, agree with, or willingly take part in any form of email spamming. Any email addresses included in any content of any CB Ads.net site/service may not be collected, distributed, sold, or used for any other purpose than a mutually agreed conversation between the two parties.
Any mail lists owned by CB Ads.net will not be distributed in any form, and all correspondence between customers/suppliers of CB Ads.net and members of these mail lists will occur with CB Ads.net as the mediator and sole distributor of third party email's.
CB Ads.net may send email's relating to selected services, facilities, or any important matter to it's subscribers from time to time. Most email's are mandatory, apart from the monthly newsletter which is optional to those users who do not have resources listed with us. AOL users are reminded that marking your email's as 'Spam' will automatically lodge a complaint against us regardless of whether the email is spam or not. CB Ads.net reserves the right to remove any AOL (or other) user along with any associated submissions should that user lodge any 'Spam' complaint regarding any subscription email's.

Submissions

Submissions of resources may only be made of Christian Resources as per our definitions of a Christian, and a Christian Resource. Because of the inability of this site to control such a regulation in the majority of cases, this condition will in some cases be left to the conscience of the submitter as to whether they would class their resource as a Christian Resource, or themselves as a Christian (as per our definition of a Christian Resource or Christian Person).
CB Ads.net may require that the web sites of submitted resources include statements or proof of the sites Christian stance to be included. If so, the amount of proof required will be at the discretion of CB Ads.net.
All submissions made to CB Ads.net must be true, correct and complete and must be kept in a true, correct and complete state at all times. Failure to observe this condition may result in your submission being removed from CB Ads.net.
Submissions must not breach any existing copyright. Any breach of copyright will be the full responsibility of the submitter.
CB Ads.net is an 'all age' site, so only suitable language and content will be accepted. You will not use the 'Christian Business Advertising Network' to transmit or post any material which is defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene or menacing character, or which may, in our judgement, cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to any person.
CB Ads.net reserves the right to make any changes to any submission at any time. This includes the removal of any users, resources, services or any other facility at any time for any reason. This may happen regardless of whether a fee was accepted as part of the submission, or not.
CB Ads.net does not claim ownership of any materials provided to CB Ads.net (including correspondence) for review by the general public. However, by making a submission you are granting CB Ads.net, its affiliated organisations and necessary sub licensees permission to use your submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your submission.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your submission, as provided herein. CB Ads.net is under no obligation to post or use any submission you may provide and CB Ads.net may remove any submission at any time in its sole discretion.
By making your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to make that submission.
You acknowledge that CB Ads.net reserves the right to delete submissions/accounts which may appear to include out of date or inaccurate information, or that fail to adhere to any Term or Condition established by CB Ads.net.
CB Ads.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove your submission or terminate any account to any or all CB Ads.net sites/services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Any submission, subscription, or service provided by CB Ads.net which is cancelled or removed by either the user or CB Ads.net, which had/has a price attached, will not receive a refund.
By submitting to CB Ads.net, you agree that your email address may be made available to CB Ads.net by any party lodging a 'Spam' complaint against CB Ads.net. CB Ads.net agrees that this information will only be used to remove all submissions, users, services and any other details relating to the provided email address.
Any credit held at CB Ads.net has no value outside of the CB Ads.net website nertwork and can not be transferred to any other currency. By subscribing to CB Ads.net, the submitter agrees that should their User ID, resource or any other submission be deleted for any reason, they will lose any accumulated credit and any non-expired products or services.
As CB Ads.net is concerned with spreading and sharing information, and building and encouraging other Christians, it finds that it is unable to accept any submission which flames or degrades any other person, people, or establishment. We want to be seen as taking a stand against this practice, and not as taking part in the attacking of others (Christian or not).

Liability

CB Ads.net will endeavour to provide a prompt and continuing service, but can not be held liable, or found responsible for any losses arising from your use of, or inability to access any web site, associated web site, or service.
CB Ads.net and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, lack of viruses or other harmful components and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained within CB Ads.net for any purpose. All such information, software, products, services and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CB Ads.net and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services and related graphics, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title and non-infringement.
You specifically agree that CB Ads.net shall not be responsible for unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through CB Ads.net.
You specifically agree that CB Ads.net is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights. You specifically agree that CB Ads.net is not responsible for any content sent using and/or included in a CB Ads.net site/service by any third party.
In no event shall CB Ads.net and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in anyway connected with the use or performance of CB Ads.net, with the delay or inability to use CB Ads.net or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through CB Ads.net, or otherwise arising out of the use of CBD-Search, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if CB Ads.net or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree that CB Ads.net has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by the service.
CB Ads.net makes no warranty that any service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

General Conditions

CB Ads.net may only be used in a manner that is consistent with these conditions and in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
These conditions may be amended from time to time and will remain available on the CB Ads.net web site. This document should be checked regularly to ensure that you understand our current policy.
Most other sites are welcome to link to us, but only if done so with integrity and in a way that is approvable by CB Ads.net. CB Ads.net reserves the right to ask any site to remove any links owned by CB Ads.net.
